Technical support and functional development of a digital platform for the Bulgarian version of the Nurse-Family Partnership program, implemented by the Healthy Baby, Healthy Future Foundation.
The Healthy Baby, Healthy Future Foundation implements the Bulgarian version of the Nurse-Family Partnership program. The program supports young mothers from vulnerable communities through structured home visits. The digital platform helps coordinate and manage the project's activities, so a stable and well-maintained technical environment is an important part of the teams' daily work.
The platform is used by different teams within the project and works with information that requires a careful approach. The goal is to keep the platform stable, structured and reliable for the people who depend on it in a real working environment.
Alongside the ongoing support, we also work on functional improvements in the platform. These are tied to real needs that appear in everyday use: better reporting, easier-to-use filters, the option to add additional information and clearer work with system data.
We provide technical support and functional improvements for the NFP platform so the system remains reliable for the teams' daily work and ready for future development.
